Caroline Jarret - Manager

Gillian Reid - Administration Manager

Caroline has 20 years experience in care.  She joined the management team at Summerhill Home in 2012. Caroline has achieved qualifications in: Leadership and Management SCQF Level 10 and Health and Social Care SCQF Level 9. Caroline also holds the A1 L&D 9 Accessor Award. Outside of work Caroline participates in many sports.

Gillian has worked at Summerhill Home since 1999, working her way up from the role of Care Assistant to her current role of Administration Manager. Gillian has successfully completed the Sage 50 Accounting Diploma and has qualified in Health and Social Care SCQF Level 7. Gillian enjoys walking and spending time with family and friends in her spare time.

Donna Pow - Care Team Manager

Donna has 20+ years experience in care.  She joined Summerhill Home in 2003, initially as a Bank Care Assistant.  Donna has previous experience working in a Pharmacy.  Donna has achieved her qualification in Health and Social Care SCQF Level 9. Donna loves spending time outside of work with her family and friends.
