Caroline Jarret - Manager
Caroline has had 20 years experience in care. She has been part of the management team at Summerhill Home since 2012. Caroline has achieved qualifications in: Leadership and Management SCQF Level 10 and Health and Social Care SCQF Level 9. Caroline also holds the A1 L&D 9 Accessor Award. Outside of work Caroline participates in many sports.
Gillian Reid - Administration Manager
Gillian has worked at Summerhill Home since 1999, working her way up from the role of Care Assistant to her current role of Administration Manager. Gillian is currently completing the Sage 50 Accounting Diploma and has qualified in Health and Social Care SCQF Level 7. Gillian enjoys walking and spending time with family and friends in her spare time.
Donna Pow - Care Team Manager
Donna has 20+ years experience in care. She joined Summerhill Home in 2003, initially as a Bank Care Assistant. Donna has previous experience working in a Pharmacy. Donna has achieved her qualification in Health and Social Care SCQF Level 9 and is currently completing her Leadership and Management Qualification. Donna loves spending time outside of work with her family and friends.

The Friends of Summerhill Home
The Friends of Summerhill Home support the Home in a number of ways including raising funds for the Home, which go towards helping fund outings for the residents, improvements to the Home and providing equipment, etc. Members of the group also volunteer within the Home doing activities with the residents, and helping out at events within the home such as coffee mornings.
The Friends of Summerhill Home is chaired Graeme Bowie, and meet quarterly. Family and friends are welcomed to join the group.
